A friend suggested that we seek help from Kymberly at Travel and Cruise Professionals as he had found her a great help with his travel plans. We are so glad we followed his advice.
We were planning a trip to Sweden to visit our son and his family and Kymberly's assistance was invaluable. She efficiently and competently planned our international flights. Her friendly and interested manner made us comfortable to ask questions which she could either answer or seek extra information from the airline. Our travel was complicated by a medical condition which Kymberly managed very well.
We should also add that when an issue cropped up while Kymberly was away, Brian stepped in and solved the problem very professionally.

We have travelled overseas quite frequently over the years and used a number of travel agents, some good, some not so good. When we attended a Scenic promotion night in 2016, we first met Kymberly from Travel and Cruise Professionals. We decided to take the plunge and book for a cruise on Scenic Eclipse to the Arctic, this cruise was scheduled for 2019 and the ship wasn’t even built.
Kymberly steered us through the booking process and then, over the next few months sat down with us and worked out a comprehensive trip to Scandinavia based around the Arctic cruise. She was always full of suggestions and recommendations, drawing on her extensive personal experiences. Always very tolerant on our numerous emails, she molded together a fabulous itinerary and got some great deals on flights, accommodation and sightseeing. Then after 3 years in the making and just 2 months before we were due to depart – DISASTER – the build on Scenic Eclipse was not complete and Scenic cancelled our booking.
Kymberly swung into action – as we had wrapped St Petersburg, Oslo, Norway in a Nutshell, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Bergen around the cruise, the whole trip had to quickly be dismantled and revised.An alternative cruise was booked (last cabin) and all bookings either confirmed or revised.
We had a hole in our itinerary and Kymberly suggested Stockholm – one of her favourite cities. Our trip was sensational – the trip of a lifetime
Without Travel & Cruise Professionals, and in particular Kymberly, we would have lost this unique opportunity.
We would recommend them for personal service, knowledge and ideas, beyond any agency we had used previously.
